My university provides internet to a bunch of student buildings through a VPN network.
MagickJack works on other 2 buildings that use the same network, but not in mine.
(displays errors 3 and 9, basically, no access to the network).
I went to the university's network administrator, and he says all ports are unblocked in all buildings.
No one has any idea what is the problem or what to do.
If someone doesn't know a direct answer, at least try to tell me what difference might exist between 2 buildings that use the same VPN network.
