upgrade.exe cannot run on HP thin client t5720

Everytime I live chat with tech support, they always asked me to run upgrade.exe.

However after I download it, and click run, it just kind of disappeared. Did nothing.

can anybody help? Thanks in advance.

Try plugging the MJ into a real live computer instead of a think client and running it there.
