I have had MJ for a week now. I think it has GREAT potential, but a long way to go. I plan on keeping my MJ because of my situation (i live in a basement apartment and rarely get a dependable cell phone signal)
I am a dedicated Linux user. I only use windows for gaming. Obviously this causes problems. 1. When i am in windows and playing a game, my game is automatically minimized when a call is received. I believe the option to auto-interrupt/pop-up NEEDS to be an optional feature. To combat this, i have ran MJ as a service.
Linux support is almost a must have for me and i do plan on terminating my MJ account at the end of next year if a linux port is not made.
The amount of CPU usage and Memory usage kind of bugs me at the moment.
The call quality isn't as great as i was lead to believe. Their is about a 2 second delay, call also seems to cut in and out sometimes. It is hard to determine if that is MJ or a problem at my end, though.
Other than that, i love MJ and just feel it has a long way to go. I definitely recommend this to anyone who uses windows as a main operating system and who do not play games/live alone. I say live alone because i imagine the auto-popping up would drive people crazy if they were on the computer and had other people in the house using the phone.
For the price though, i can't complain. I can only hope and request.
Oh yeah, that brings me to customer support. It is barely there in my opinion. A simple support email address would even be nice... A way to request features even.
