Window Vista, Profiles

Hello:

I recently purchased magic jack for my home and all and all it is working out OK. The only major issue that I am having has to do with the logon profiles on my computer. I have Windows Vista 32, and I have a profile for both my wife and myself. The magic jack works great when I am logged in, under my profile, but will not work when my wife is logged in under her profile the magic jack will not work. I cannot receive nor place any calls.

I did the Vista update under both my and my wife’s profile but still nothing.

Any idea on how I can fix this?

Try Reinstalling ... but this time pick for all users ?

Or try .. and login to each user and install ?

Try running setup .. as administrator ?
