Just today, whenever I click on the link to this forum, or the link to live chat (www.tinyurl) or the icon on the mj website for live chat, a window with this message appears:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I have been trying to contact live chat for help for 4 days now, but I can't get through. I'm still getting the error 400/please restart magic jack and try again message when I start mj so I still can't use it.
Please help.... Thanks a lot!
