Annoying Incoming Call Tone

ok i don't know if u you know what am talking about but i use my mj for my online station and every time i am doing live interviews with someone over the phone and another call is coming in i get his loud annoying tone to the point that i cant even hear the current caller speak. is there a way to eliminate that tone and just have the in screen display call ID ?
