not retaining headset settings

every time i start mj it is set to use telephone. i have to tell it again to use headset, and which of the two sound cards to use (it always defaults to the wrong one.)

is there any way to get mj to retain the sound settings between uses?

Have you done the upgrade and run the magicFix since you registered your magicJack?

i have run the upgrade twice.

web site says that "magicfix is not supported on your computer at this time"

Install the latest JAVA upgrade and try the magicFix again. It should work.

thanks for the suggestion. i updated java, cleared firefox cache, and went back to magicfix. same thing. not supported. no indication why not.
