Changing voicemail email accounts

Post by taxman32 »

I 've changed email addresses and tried to change the email address I want the voicemails to go to but it hasn't worked. Still going to the old account. Is there a secret to doing this that I don't know? I followed the instructions and highlighted the new email but to no avail!! Please help if you can. Thanks!!!

Welcome to the forums.

It may be a matter of the servers needing time to update.

Did you delete the old email, or just highlight the new? You could try deleting the old one, to make the change really stick.

Thanks for the quick reply! I did delete the old one and I'm hoping the server just hasn't updated yet. I changed it over two weeks ago. It's not that serious just wondering if I did something wrong.

No problem. If it doesn't start working within a reasonable time (a day at the most?), or someone else doesn't chime in with another solution, you should definitely hit up the dreaded chat support.
