Was just on with support chat and they though that I had too many phones on the line even though I have only 2. They had me take the phones off and call my mj number and I got the incomming call. So, it's on my end. BTW, support was quick to come on and was very helpful. I did plug the phones back it and they both receive incoming, so go figure.

You might need a booster to ring two phones reliably. I'm aware of the following products but haven't used them:
Viking Electronics RG-10A
Mike Sandman Ring Voltage Booster
Mike Sandman Ring Voltage Booster II

I had a similar problem with multiple phones. An AC powered usb hub gave me enough juice.
