For the little bit I use Localphone on my ATA (those "rare" occasions when Google Voice is down), voice quality is pretty good off their servers. I still think MJ's quality is way below par even through ATA.

Thanks to our gracious British and in celebration of Thanksgiving, Localphone (www.localphone.com) is allowing free USA outbound dialing until Monday Morning 11/30/09 10AM GMT. Then it goes back to regular 0.9c/min price which is the cheapest I've seen in PAYG SIP service.
