Computer Doesn't Recognize Magicjack after its plugged in

When I plug Magicjack on my Compaq Computer The blue LED in the device flashes for a second then Nothing. The new hardware wizard comes up and is looking for drivers for "YMAX USB Hub Device" But of course it never finds the drivers on the machine or when searching the net. This only happens on the Compaq. I have two other machines on the network and it works fine with them. But just not with the Compaq. I am running Win XP SP2. I hope someone can help!!

Have you tried doing a magicFix on it after it has been pluged in? Could be autorun is not on.
