Has this happened to anyone else? On 12/4/09 I attempted to purchase $40 of pre paid minutes with my debit card. A message came up saying there was some sort of problem, please wait and try again later.
I tried twice more for a total of 3 attempts, got the same message each time. So I gave up.
Then I checked my bank balance and saw that I had $120 worth pre authorizations to magicjack. In other words my balance is down by $40 times three.
I then checked my magicjack account and see that my international minutes balance is unchanged.
Live Chat says they see no new orders to my account. I've dealt with Live Chat twice now. Although polite and helpful, there was not any result what so ever. I'm asking them to release the preauthorizations, or cancel them. But they don't show any such order so the issue or "buck" just gets passed to somebody else. Of coarse one Live Chat person blamed the bank.
I am starting to pull my hair out.

2-contact your bank to see if transaction(s) hit your account, if YES, disp[ute charge with your bank

Thank you for your reply. I have emailed Dan with all documentation. From both my bank statement and my correspondence with Live Chat. My bank says since it's not a hard post yet there is nothing they can do. I don't know maybe it will just drop off after awhile. But you can see why I'm concerned. Each business is ping ponging me back and forth to each other.
Again thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my comments.
