Program modem/router to improve voice quality

I have a Siemens SL2-141 modem/router. Can it be programmed such as quality of service feature to improve quality of service?

Even if it's possible to enable QoS in your router, it won't work unless your service provider supports it, which seems to be rare. Plus, I read that QoS is for outbound only. I'm using cFosspeed which helps MAYBE. It doesn't hurt anyway. I can upload and download at full capacity and my call quality is unaffected.

The best thing I've done is install Windows 7. It seems to work much better on the internet than my old Windows XP install.

Yes it can. It can also be disabled at any time without uninstalling. Note that the program isn't free, but when you buy it you get free updates forever. I think there is a 30 day trial too.
