error 6 or error 3

hi all
i have windows 7 ultimate edtion instlaled on my lappy
when i connect magic jack when i ve internet connected thro lan
mj works good
and when i connect to internet using internet usb chord
i get erorr 6 or error 3 at times. how wold i fix this
hotspot shied even dint work... says error 3 when using hotspot shield.
plz help immediate
