can't renew for just 1 year?

Post by justasking »

Hi,

I'm overdue on my first renewal -- and I want to renew for just one year for $19.95.

I've had mj for over a year -- but have hardly used it. So I wasn't surprised, when I tried to connect it today, that the mj console told me that my subscription had expired.

The expiration notice indicated that I could renew for just one year ($19.95) if I wanted to (or for a longer period) -- but when I doubled clicked to do the renewal, it took me to a page that did not include a one-year renewal. The shortest renewal period that it offered was 5 years for $69.95 (which I don't want to do).

I couldn't find anyplace to click on to change it to just a one-year renewal.

Any suggestions?

I just renewed and was able to renew for just one year. I, too, had let my MJ subsription lapse by 6 months, but after renewl I was backonline and working with my same MJ phone number.

I don't remember having any problem selecting 1 year renewel. Sorry

At the page "that did not include a one-year renewal," click the gray box at the bottom of the screen.
