Brand new MJ replacement...no dial tone

I have spent HOURS on the computer with "tech support" Ran all the tests, recover, remove, etc. Still no dial tone on the new MJ. Anyone have a solution? Can't call or receive with the phone, but the softfone will make calls. Tried a diff phone, still no dial tone. Have dial tone on old MJ, but the old one dies after a few minutes, that's why I have the replacement. Followed the replacement instructions to the letter.........HELP I now have 2 dead majicJacks here.....how do I get a refund. These things are just not worth the aggravation.

Try a powered USB hub. I can't guarantee it will work, but my current MJ setup uses one. When I remove the USB hub from the setup and plug MJ directly into my computer (HP thin client), I get no dial tone. With the powered USB hub everything works fine.
