Nope. You do not have XP or another suitable OS running on your PDA and you certainly lack an USB connection.
Best you can do is extract MJ sip credentials and run via softphone, fring, google voice dialer or some other software embellishment.
Don't expect too great voice quality unless you are on a low-latence WIFI link.
