I don't have any personal experience using MJ in Romania but I feel pretty confident it will operate without any difficulty. Just be sure you do the initial registration here and be sure to note the credentials you use when registering.
You should also be sure to choose a number that is local to the majority of people who will be calling the other party in Romania. Some folks still pay for long distance calls su try to accomodate them. It does not matter for callers in Romania as they have access to all numbers in US and Canada when using MJ.
