Question about USB ports
Why is it that my MJ won't work in every usb port on my laptop? I thought the ports were all the same ???
not all usb ports are created equal by their manufacturers. In order to save money, they use cheap usb ports that do not provide enough power to run magicjack. Most of the "BROKEN DEVICE" errors are due to cheap USB ports and not to mj's fault. A powered USB hub or a USB card might solve your problem..
