At work websense filters out "Internet Telephony" so that magic jack can't work. One way to get around websense of course is to just use teamviewer which allows you to surf the web at work by getting to the internet by remotely accessing your desktop internet connection at home.
To make magic jack work on my laptop at work, is there a way to have magic jack plugged into my laptop at work but have it go through the internet through my desktop at home using teamviewer, thereby getting around the websense filter at work? I have tried it but the magic jack still accesses the internet through the work internet access connection and websense stops it.
Anybody?
