help! contacts issue

ok i already have a magic jack thats working properly... used to experience contacts issue but the update on their website fixed it.. now i bought another jack for my sister and when i configured it i experienced the same issue but this time the update didnt work downloaded it twice already.. it keeps on saying "contacts were not downloaded" and then it goes to the "lucky you updating" magic jack thing on the monitor and goes back again to contacts were not downloaded and so on... any help guys? i think it has something to do with the unit being brand new and there arent any contacts to be downloaded... little help would be greatly appreciated because to be honest im getting frustrated and even their incompetent customer support site is down...

If this works for you all you had to do was a seacrh as this has been discussed to death.
