T5720 all of suddent a lot function not work, MJ not boot

My HP THin Clinet T5720 works great for almost a year. All of sudden this month, it not work. The Thin client did boot, and online, but some function lost, like I cannot right click start to envoke explore, it said this fuction is canceled due to computer restriction.....

Then if I plug in MJ, it won't boot at all.

Anybody has any idea how to fix it?

I think somehow Administrator lost right. It cannot see C drive at all, only Z drive. Can I do a complete restore?

just log off and log back in as administrator
