Been looking cant find answer

Had mj little over a year. Its alway been problematic on xp, but I can live with it.
Anyways I now am running win 7. Th mj will start most times but always just quits with in a hour or so. no errors in windows logs.
Will usually restart if I click the mj app.
Have tried the updates, cleared call logs, run program as admin, even running as a service. But always the same. It will quit for no known reason.

Reaching end of solutions. I will welcome any new ideas please

You need to reflash the device for use in win7, Then after that your gonna have ALOT more trouble(lets hope you dont though). But !

Let's do what ya need to do first, Reflash the MJ devices "flash" memory with this file.

I had magicJack for almost 3 years and for the most part it has worked very well for me from XP, Vista, and now in Windows 7. Once in awhile something goes wrong and if you cannot find your problem after researching through all the forums, I personally would format the drive that your MJ device is on. It will remove all your data including your contacts on your softphone, but it always brings me back to where MJ works great. I usually have a backup file of all my contacts, so it is easy for me to put back all of contact names and phone numbers. If you do not know how to format the MJ, I am sure you can find this solution here in one of these forums, or I can reply back to you right here and give you all the steps.
