I want to turn off music on hold - it's too loud

I want to turn this off. I use MJ for business and want to control messages I send. I didn't know this music plays until today. Client said it was so loud he hung up.

How do I turn it OFF?

As far as I know you can't as it is on the MJ server side. Odd thing is there are times I put people on hold and they hear no music, other times they do.
