Scratchy audio please help

Howdy folks,
out of the blue my dads mj start acting up! as soon as he calls me and as soon as i pickup the call i hear a "scratchy" sound then it hungs up.

same thing if i call him i hear him say hello then the "scratch" sound and it hungs up

tried mj teck support , but i think you guys already knew about them...POS
i can't remember how many time we downgrade and upgrade the dam thing, uninstall ymax/tiger USB etc

i used wireshark and this caught my attention:

my dad uses windows 7 , i tried disabling Firewall, adding 5060 and 5070 UPD still same thing. tried vista machine and xp machine, different phone set still same thing.

while trouble shooting with my dad we were using skype , man not a single jitter or echo or anything....


can you gurus please help me as what i could do?

P.s: mj was working fine for almost 6 month , with not a single issue!

me and my dad just tested, by me calling him and leaving a vm, he said it was very good voice, but samething, when i call him it still drop
