Need help w/ international- calls won't go thru.

Put money w/ magicjack and even registered my cell as alternate number so I could call the 1-305-848-xxxx number with my cell OR call from my home phone (magicjack) and pay just 9 cents a minute to my soldier in South Korea on their cell phone.

The calls won't go thru.

I can call using my cell (at $1.57 per minute with Verizon).

But using magicjack at home or using their 1-305 # to call using my cell- the calls won't go thru.

Can someone help me?

The Korean # is:
011 to dial international
82 country code
010 city code
8425-xxxx is the phone number

so I dial:
01182108425xxxx (leaving off the first 0 in the city code)

Thought it was the zero in the city code...010, and yes, I left the first 0 off that one..

Thanks so much for helping me...but I've done that....the instructions on magicjack's site says to do that.

I've been on 'CHAT' with someone who can't speak english, much less type it...and they told me the same thing.

No offense, but I can read instructions and I did follow them. And since the call didn't go thru, I added the zero and I taketh it away again...but it still won't go thru.

Seems like CHAT only reads what's on the website- like the rest of us can read.

Guess my frustrations are coming out!

Okay. This is the first time you said you tried it with the leading zero of the city code.

I hope you find a way. It seems to me there is a problem with the MJ call handling.
