I need to print my call log for privacy.
I had a chat with their live agent, they told me to write down my call log into some word processor like MS Word, notepad, wordpad from the MJ's dial pad. This way takes much of time!!!!! I told them May I have a file of my call log from them but they said this feature is not avaiable now. I see in MagicJack folder there is file name "CallLogs.clm" but I can not open it. Anyone please help me to open this file or show me any ways to get the call log so that I can print it out.
Thanks so much!

Let the typing begin! (assuming this will be deemed credible by immigration)

However its not formatted very well (to say the least). Still may be easier to copy that file and edit the spacing and such than copying everything by hand.

there are a lot of strange words... that I couldn't read.
I try to convert it. However almost convert online engine doesn't support for this file. I have read on this website http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fileexten ... lmfile.htm but unhelpful!
Any way to work it out????

unable to print MJ call log
Thought of this at 4:00 am. Print screen calls and save to paint. Took me 6 screen print to save one day, but then edited out the calls I did not need!

You can try logging in to your account at (my.magicJack.com). Hover the mouse to the Account tab then click on Contacts and Call Logs. In there, click on Export Call Logs. A notepad will appear with the call logs Number, Direction, Time and Duration. It's a friendly file I can say. You can print that out as well if you want.
