My MJ has worked fine for 2 years but now everytime I want to start it up, I get the RED warning message, "WARNING YOU MUST PLUG MJ INTO USB". If I run "upgrade.exe" it connects and works fine. So I saved the upgrade.exe file on my desktop and run it everytime I want to connect my MJ. I've spent 2 hours online chatting with the MJ techs and they don't have a clue. Anyone have this problem and a solution?

I would try running the downgrade.exe the link for it is in the"warning must plug magicjack into usb" thread in this section. My MJ was acting up and everything is back to normal now after running this.
