Audio comes out of the computer instead....

Under telephone mode - the caller with the magic jack can hear me but i cannot hear the caller.

Under headset mode - the caller with the magic jack hears me on the computer.

Question: How can this problem be resolved? How can the audio be heard on the headset instead of the computer?
