Dear All,
I am getting the following message when connecting to the Magic Jack
with the following message
Magic Jack-Please connect to theinternet and double click here.
when I have double clicked on it, it asks me for the registration and I enter the email address and p/w for verification. It takes the credetails and tells that an confirmation email will be sent in an hour's time....
I have waited for almost 6hours and no email has arrived yet, and the email address and p/w are correct....
Also checked in Spam...but no luck...
Is there a way from where i can download the same!

I never got an email, but my MJ works fine, Vilas. In fact, I never got one when I first registered months ago. If you're taken back to your softphone and you can make a call, I'd go ahead and use it.

Plug your magicJack in and go to http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe to run the upgrade.
On the dialogue that appears, click run.
