I am trying to do anything, I cannot even access magic jacks website now, from my home pc that it is connected to the jack ,and from my laptop that has no magicjack software.

I went to a friends house and the website loaded fine. But from my house it will not work!

I need to format it and install the update, can i get the files and a walkthrough anywhere else?

the MJ can (supposedly) be plugged into ANY computer with ANY internet connection ANYWHERE in the world and work. I have done this.

If u can't access the website u might want to disable ur firewall and try again
U can also add the MJ sites to ur trusted site list --

it is under control panel/internet options/security/trusted sites/sites

I have already done this, thanks for the advice.
There has to be something else going on here.

I bought this 3 days ago and it simply wont work, I have installed it , registered it, and now it is stuck signing in, I have found some info for the error 3 fix that I am getting now, but that wont work.

Whats really killing me is that I simply cannot get to the website and get any help.

I am at wits end here.

Foster, what web browser are you using? I've had friends running google chrome that couldn't access certain websites.

I just clicked on the "magicJack" link at the top of my softphone and it took me to the website, using IE. It also works with Firefox. Just to verify their site is up.
