Email verification screen

Shortly after the latest "lucky you" upgrade I've been getting a email verification popup screen every time magic jack starts up. Says you must complete registration to make calls, then underneath it says "Registration is complete" please verify your email"... Or something to that effect. Type it in, says thank you and Magic Jack loads up as normal. Close the window it shuts down the Magic Jack soft phone. Pretty annoying everytime I restart my pc to type it in, any fix or do I have to go to the dreaded customer support chat?
