Has anyone tried using any other countries outside USA/Canada for billing address?
I tried and I keep on getting error that the State/Province has to be selected, however I can't select since the State/Province box is grayed out when I choose any other countries other than USA/Canada.
it doesn't work because the credit card verification verifies whether the billing address is correct or not.
however strange thing, the credit card with billing address outside US works fine with paying to extend the service but not on adding load for international call
Only other thing I could think of is to get a pre-paid credit card and use a friend or family members address in US or Canada, use it, then cancel it right after you pay, or keep it, whatever.. =)
