I returned magicjack almost a month ago and when I FINALLY got to talk to some one via their convenient text a customer service rep, I was told that they had not recieved it yet. I sent it back exactaly the way they told me to with order numbers and original package. Now what???

Thank you for the reply. I did try emailing my credit card several times so now I will try calling customer service and hope its better than the C. S. from MJ
for the few times that i disputed a charge, i called the issuing back customer service told them i wanted to dispute a charge, they asked for a reason, and it was done. usually they sent a paper request also for me to fill out and return, but often the dispute was settled before i got around to it. iac, your account should be credited for the dispute (and charged against magicjack) as soon as you call.
