Incoming Calls Choppy

I appreciate any advice.

For incoming calls, callers report choppy audio after a short period. Audio on my side is fine. Audio on the caller's side is choppy (cuts in and out) to the point unusable. The audio is fine for a period that varies from 20 to 90 seconds. Outgoing calls are fine.

I've swapped computers and phones.

The only advice I can give you is to do a search as this topic has been talked to death on here.
LOTS of advice on what to do in your situation.

PLUS by searching you will read a LOT and that is always a good thing.
