Outgoing Sound/Voice Quality Problem

Cannot get original or replacement unit to provide clear outgoing and incoming voice quality. All very choppy or dropped. Hours spent chatting with multiple MJ reps have not solved problem. When I call my MJ # from another phone, I get the voice mail message clearly. When voice mail is dialed from my MJ #, message is choppy and garbled. I am using a Dell Inspiron E1705 laptop with DSL and router. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Have you spent hours here searching for the EXACT same problem you are having?
It has been discussed MANY MANY times and a lot of suggestions given as well.
