Outbound callerid "unknown"

im having a problem with caller id, it use to show odd numbers when i would call other #'s but now it simply shows unknown number, any idea?

I have a similar problem, mostly shows my number, but sometimes shows unknown caller, never had other numbers show up though... I found that the unknown caller mainly shows up on long distance numbers i call.

My MJ started to now show outgoing CID. no result after tech support chat for over an hour. tried fixes, reinstalls etc.

Started happening with mine as well, no resolution after an hour with support. Anyone know how to fix?

It's something on their end. Ask MJ support to reset your account. I had an issue with my 911 info and a reset fixed the problem.
