MagicJunk: Unable to access your magicJack. Please reinsert the magicJack and contact tech support if the problem continues

MagicJunk: reinserted it 5 times, stil same problem

Marnie: May I know when did this problem started?

MagicJunk: the first install

MagicJunk: when i first plugged it in

Marnie: Is it today?

MagicJunk: yes

Marnie: I see. We are doing some upgrades which affects starting up magicjack, our engineers are working to get them completed as fast as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

MagicJunk: when do you expect it to be done? and how many engineers are working on it? do you have a phone number we can call?

Marnie: Please try again tomorrow and if problem still exist, please feel free to chat us back for more assistance.

Marnie: My apologies but we do not have phone support at this time.

MagicJunk: i'd like to cancel my trial, i have contacted you for an RMA but no return emails have been sent

Marnie: Did you fill out the RMA form yet?

MagicJunk: yes, 3 times

Marnie: May I know when please?

MagicJunk: the 24th, 25th ,and 26th

Marnie: Please wait again for another 24 hours for your email confirmation.

MagicJunk: it take 72 hours to respond to an RMA? so you got 10 days shipping and 4 days trying to get an RMA, then i have to send it back

MagicJunk: so of the 30 days trial you get to try it for 10 days, thats not bad, 1/3rd of the trial period is a trial

Marnie: We pologize for the inconvenience that you have encountered. Rest assure that your issue will be escalated to our higher level.

MagicJunk: ok, and what about the 1/3 of trial time?

Marnie: I sincerely apologise that I could not help you much today. I am escalating your problem to the billing and shipping department who will resolve your problem and get back to you as soon as possible.

MagicJunk: ok and who i?

MagicJunk: hello?

They didn't respond, this company is totally ripping people off, if you got your MAGICJUNK to work, you are very smart and technical, good job, for us who don't understand the tech side we are screwed. we got jacked.

10 minutes later i got a response.

Marnie: Yes, I apologize for the delay.

MagicJunk: just answer me two important questions.

MagicJunk: 1. why don't you have phone support? if the magic jack is so great, why aren't you using it?

MagicJunk: 2. are you working in florida or overseas somewhere.

Marnie: Our engineers are still working on it.
