When I start up my MJ, I get an error message that says "No audio input devices are found. Please check that your audio devices are present and/or connected, turned on, and their drivers are installed."
Also, when I got to "Volume/Headset Options" within the Magic Jack softphone key pad, I cannot switch between the radio buttons for "Telephone" and "Headset/Other" - it is permanently on "Headset/Other."
I have a dial tone, but cannot make or receive calls. The dial tone continues while I dial a phone #. Other than the dial tone, I have no audio at all with the Magic Jack.
Any ideas??? I have exhausted the live chat on MJ's website; they have had me try all sorts of things with no success.
