can not log in and no number

can not log in to my.magicjack.com says pw or email is wrong but I am using correct one I KNOW.
Do not have a number even though I am registered.
I am using Win 7, Microsoft Security, dsl line, cisco router, and a powered hub in back of cpu
What do I try now?

A trick to get into your account. On your MJ softphone click under the ad where it says "click here to order" Ignore what they are trying to sell you and just click on the gray bar below. And if you noticed no password to get into your account. Pretty cool, unless you are not the only one to use your PC.
As for why you can not get there via the web page, I can only guess MAYBE you have it blocked in your IE options as there is a setting there to block sites. MAYBE it was added by accident.
