Unable to use Calling Card from Magic Jack

I tired placing an international call using the calling card. after i enter 800 number, it asked me to enter 1 for english and when i press 1, it did not recognize the press. So i have to use my other phone to place the call. This is a serious issue for me since i place lot of international calls, Can any one notice this kind of wierd behaviour? Please help me in this issue.

This is the old "MagicJack not handling DTMF codes properly" problem. You should be able to use the buttons on the softphone when asked to enter button commands. You might also try a different phone plugged into your MagicJack. Hopefully MagicJack will address this soon.
