Help with signing in

I have been using magic jack for last 10 months. It was working just fine until today. Today it started giving me an "error 3". It says "Please connect to the internet, and double-click here (error 3)." After I connected and reconencted several times now it is just stuck at signing in. I spoke to their technical department and was on phone with them for almost two hours with no luck. Any insight that anyone may have will be very helpful.
