can't change billing address???

Ok. So, we don't use credit cards at my house b/c we're trying to stay out of debt. However, I had my magic jack set up to renew on my credit card. We moved across town, so my billing address changed. It was no big deal using the MJ, just added another 911 address. However, my MJ did not renew because the billing addresses didn't match.

All I can get out of customer support is that I have to add another card to my account. They won't let me (or I can't at all) update my billing address for the card they have on file. WTF??? Seriously??

So now, I have to go to the bank, open the safe deposit box, and dig around and find my card. You see, I have everything except for the card's id number or whatever it's called...the 3-digit code on the back. And the credit card company doesn't have access to that either, so that's no help.

Any suggestions???

Go pick up yourself a prepaid credit card from a local retailer (7-11, safeway, etc....), put enough $$ to renew and thats the end of it, toss it...
