magic splash software starts whenever I restart my PC!

Hi to all, Maybe someone can help me with this issue. Bought the Magic Jack Two days ago and have been impressed with the call outcome, what bugged me is the self loading software would not start. i would see the patience, lucky you and all the other flash screens and then it would just disappear and nothing would actually load.

After chatting online to the online tech support, he gave me this solution:

Go to Run.
Type AppData and press enter.
Click Roaming.
click on folder called "mjusbsp".
In there double click on folder called "ug00000".

That work around allowed me to activate and register my Magic Jack immediately. The problem I am having now is it doesn't recognize that it is registered and when I restart my computer it starts with the pre loaded software garb "patience install screen" and I have to stop the magicsplash process manually in task manager and repeat the above mentioned process.

What I would love to know is, what files I can delete from my magic jack to stop this or is there something I can change to have it stop doing that?

Also what else can I do besides purchasing a thin client to optimize the performance of the Magic Jack? Thanks
