Voicemail greeting too long

I connected Magicjack a few weeks ago and several people that tried to call me received the automated voicemail greeting. After they heard the message that I was unavailable they hung up. The prompt to leave a message seems to be to far back in the greeting that people don’t know the option is there.

Sometimes I get a voicemail with 20 seconds, plus, time but no sound in the message. I have received messages, so it does work.

Is there a shorter voicemail prompt I can use?
