Won't Ring

Hello. My MJ works fine for outgoing calls. But it will not ring incoming, goes straight to VM. These calls do not show up on call log. I have tried two phones, neither worked. One of the phones was being used on another MagicJack and worked there.

You REALLY need to do a search first as this has been discussed here MANY times

Here is one tip, the rest is up to you..

As far as your phone not ringing. If you are using the extension cord that came with your MJ, don't. It causes way more problems than it is worth. Also be sure to be using a USB port in the rear of your PC. I would also go into your device manager and then go into the USB section and check that all of your USB root hubs power settings are NOT set to save power. If so uncheck the box to change that for all of them. If all of that fails, you may want to look into a POWERED USB hub. For info on that just do a search this forum for POWERED hub.
