my magicjack is not having phone tone at all

hi guys i need your help, i got magicjack it was working fine till april, now when ever i am dialing number it is ringing bell to other party and i can hear their voice on computer speaker.

But when i dial number i even can't hear regular phone tone or rings or nothing sounds, so i change three diffrent phones with telephone wires, as well as i try on diffrent computers, still same problem there is no voice reach to other party after dialing number, but i can hear their voice only on computer speaker.

as well i upgrade my magic jack still i could not solve this problem.

any help will be appricated , how to fix my magicjack, i bought in feb/2010, it works two months fine, there after not working, when ever i unplug and reconnect it is installing successfully, but not making any call.
