Windows 7 issue

Am migrating to a new Windows 7 Machine from a XP Machine. Magic Jack worked fine under XP. Magic Jack works ok on Windows 7 except for one issue I can't seem to solve. When you select the Menu option on Magic Jack and then select Volume/Headset Control, it will not allow you to choose your device between Telephone and Headset/Other. The telephone option is checked and you can't change it. Also will not allow you to adjust the next three options (Speaker/earpiece,Microphone, Ringing) It will allow you to adjust the bottom two slide controls (Speaker,Microphone). Anyone else run into this issue?

works fine with W7 for me on 2 different computers, including my netbook...I would look at your sound setups in W7, not MJ's setup. Perhaps there's no Mic or headset for MJ to recognize yet...just a thought..good luck!!!!
