I hope I am not asking a question that has already been answered a bunch of times. I did a search, but I guess my keywords are not good enough.
I am using an SPA-2102. I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear the other party. The problem just started happening. I have been using the SPA2102 for over a year now. The problem just started today.
I have unplugged the router and SPA2102 to reset them. That did not do the trick.
The other party can hear me just fine. It does not matter where the call comes from, or where I call, so it is not a matter of the other party's phone being muted.
If you can assist, thank you. If you can point me to another thread that I missed, that contains the answer, thank you.
EDIT: I did nothing, but it started working again on its own. I'm thinking poltergeist.

perhaps someone will find this useful...
i went to the firewall part of my security software and checked its settings for magicjack. i found that it was restricted to 'friends'.
when i opened up the restriction, it worked fine.
