I am using magic jack since past 4months..but am facing a serious problem since 1 week…am not able to open even if i click on the icon..i have tried to reinstall but my computer is not reading anything related to magic jack..can you please help me out.
Have you completely uninstalled the magicjack software?
What is your operating system?
Did you create an alternate account as I suggested?
Does the thing allow you to make calls, even if you can't see it?
